BLU Ocean Grille is looking for a full- and part-time Bussers to join their team in Port St. Lucie, Florida! We’re looking for positive individuals to assist their fellow coworkers to ensure a smooth day of service while ensuring dining areas are clean and tables are set up properly.

The right candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/resort preferred
• Physical stamina to walk and stand for the entire shift
• Has flexibility and ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and Holidays

Our Bussers will: 

• Set-up tables before opening.
• Stocks and maintains service stations with the proper supplies before, during, and after each shift.
• Promptly clears and resets used tables.
• Removes dirty stock to dish area and breakdown trays.
• Assures floor surfaces are free of debris during and after each shift.
• Assists in the general cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant.
