Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Culinary Degree preferred
• 2 years of previous cooking experience preferred
• Full service line Sauté and Broiler experience with knowledge of steak temperature
• Must be available to work all shifts and flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
