Breakfast Attendant
 

Berlin Grande is looking for both full-time and part-time Breakfast Attendants in Berlin, Ohio.
 

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain breakfast area prior to and during breakfast hours
• Position all breakfast food and supplies on breakfast bar to ensure it is appealing and convenient to guests
• Replenish foods as needed keeping all items stocked fully.
• Brew fresh coffee and tea regularly
• Keep breakfast bar and breakfast room clean as guests enter and depart
• Complete closing checklist after breakfast hours
• Break down and store food with labels to ensure freshness and minimize waste
• Clean all equipment and machines
• Restock and set up as much of the breakfast area as possible
• Clean all flooring and work spaces
• Complete food and supply inventories and place orders if needed
• Ensure proper and safe use of cleaning chemicals
• Complete necessary and routine food and health safety certifications and training
• Perform all other duties assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent and professional personal presentation: verbally and physically
• Strong attention to detail - Make specific cleaning observations; precise placement of items and products, etc.
• Prior experience preferred
