BLU Ocean Grille is searching for a full-time Assistant Restaurant Supervisor to join their team in Port St. Lucie, Florida.

The right candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a restaurant managerial position preferred
• Flexible availability including evenings, nights, and events
• Excellent communication skills
• Outgoing, energetic personality with a positive attitude
• Complete knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service
• Complete knowledge of wine and drink recipes
• The ability to operate a keyboard and the POS system

Our Assistant Restaurant Supervisor will:

• Assist in the hiring and training process of new staff
• Scheduling and maintain employees’ schedules
• Opening and closing the restaurant
• Greeting each table while handling any customer inquiries or complaints
• Maintaining payroll activities of the restaurant
• Ensure that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations
