Lead Bartender

BLU Ocean Grille is searching for Lead Bartender to join their team in Port St. Lucie, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, timely and efficient manner. Must be at least 21 years old to apply.

The right candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a lead bartending role
• Excellent communication skills
• Outgoing, energetic personality with a positive attitude
• Complete knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service
• Complete knowledge of wine and drink recipes
• The ability to operate a keyboard and the POS system

Our Lead Bartender will:

• Maintain inventory of bar, ordering supplies when needed
• Create and maintain a positive atmosphere for all customers
• Manage bartenders’ schedule
• Verify customers’ ages based on IDs
• Mix traditional creative cocktails
• Maintain cleanliness of bar
