The Hilton Garden Inn is currently seeking a full-time Night Auditor in Mayfield Village, Ohio.

Our night auditor will:

• Verify all account postings and guest billing and make adjustments as needed
• Run the night audit process on the PMS and prepare night audit packet
• Balance and transmit credit card transactions
• Print and organize reports for the next day
• Enter daily report into the accounting system
• Assist when available with delivery of newspapers and express check-outs to guest rooms
• Complete the Night Audit shift checklist and the Guest Service Agent shift checklist
• Execute all Manager on Duty (MOD) requirements
• Attend required meetings and pre-shift meetings
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and other departments
• Provide security for guests, employees, and property by
• Adhere to security procedures for guest room keys and master keys
• Understand all hotel emergency procedures
• Reporting any suspicious activity to management
• Perform all other duties assigned

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication, phone and hospitality skills
• A flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays
• Prior hotel experience
