Maintenance Technician

Staybridge Suites is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Stow, Ohio. 

In this role, you  will  be  expected to  perform general  guest  room  work  orders.  You  will also  assist  with  the  hotel’s  preventive  maintenance  programs  for  guest rooms,  public  spaces,  exterior,  and  major  mechanical  equipment  as  well  as  assist  with renovation  projects,  capital  improvement  projects,  and  other  special  projects  as  assigned. General  maintenance  work  will  include  light  carpentry,  tiling,  painting, and  wall  surface repairs. 
  
Requirements:

• Must have prior maintenance experience
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds
