Guest Service Representative

Hilton Garden Inn is currently seeking a part-time, second shift Guest Service Representative to service their Stow, Ohio location.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by offering friendly attentive service
• Resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously
• Greet customers with a friendly and sincere welcome and provide accurate hotel and area information
• Maintain consistent communication especially with other departments
• Complete shift paperwork and ensure accuracy on shift checklist, log book, courtesy call back log, and all other forms or checklists assigned
• Verify and imprint credit cards for authorization using electronic acceptance methods
• Handle cash, make change and balance an assigned house bank
• Close guest accounts at time of check out and confirm their satisfaction
• Perform all other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Previous hospitality experience preferred
• Hilton Worldwide experience preferred
• The flexibility to work nights/weekends/holidays, as required
