Description
Riley Hotel Group is currently seeking a full-time General Manager in Key West, FL.
The General Manager will manage the daily hotel operations to achieve planned goals for operational integrity as measured by revenue and house profit. The General Manager is also responsible for maintaining company standards for guest and associate satisfaction, quality assurance, and asset protection. The right candidate will demonstrate strong leadership with an operational “ownership” mentality.
Essential skills and necessary experience include:
- College degree in hotel or business administration degree preferred
- Experience with hotel reservation and revenue management systems
