Food Runner

BLU Ocean Grille is currently seeking full-time and part-time Food Runner to join their team in Port St. Lucie, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for serving food to guests in a friendly, courteous, timely and efficient manner.

The right candidate will have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Outgoing, energetic personality with a positive attitude
• Complete knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service
• Complete knowledge of wine and drink recipes
• The ability to operate a keyboard and the POS system

Our Food Runner will:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately
• Communicate between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
• Provide service to customers when needed
• Remove dirty dishes and utensils
• Answer guests’ questions about menu items
