Night Auditor
The Aloft Beachwood is currently seeking part-time Night Auditors.
Responsibilities:
- Verify all account postings and guest billing for the day and make adjustments as needed
- Run the night audit process on the PMS and prepare night audit packet
- Balance and transmit credit card transactions
- Print and organize reports for the following day
- Enter daily reports into the system
- Perform minor maintenance repairs to keep guests happy. Notify management of major maintenance needs
- Perform basic housekeeping tasks and provide basic guest requests
- Complete laundry if assigned
- Complete the Night Audit shift checklist and the Guest Service Agent shift checklist
- Execute all Manager on Duty requirements
- Attend required meetings and pre-shift meetings
- Perform all other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Previous night auditing experience
Pay: Dependent on experience
