Sims Brothers Recycling is currently looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our team at our Marion, Ohio location.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receiving of inventory & entering the invoices daily.
• Ensure all work and purchase orders are entered into the Fleet Management Software (RTA) daily.
• Accounting and Reporting of inventory surplus, product returns, damages and vendor issues.
• Maintain all internal and external inventory management functions.
• Implement and administer procedures for weekly inventory cycle counting.
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements & credit card transactions.
• Perform end-of-month reports & procedures.
• Invoice internal & external customers through accounting software (monthly or as needed)
• Hard copy & electronically filing of invoice and/or documents daily.

Education and Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.  Sims Brothers Recycling also requires successful passing of random screenings.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
• Knowledge of computer and inventory software and programs.
• Knowledge of using barcodes and scanning equipment; preferred.
• Possess strong calculative and analytical skill sets.
• Ability to manage time, handle multiple tasks and meet required deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
