AML3D is currently seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team full-time to support the sales efforts for our ARCEMY systems in the US. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the additive manufacturing market, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and over-achievement of goals and KPIs.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Up to 25% travel
  • Regular US travel required periodically

The right candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Experience and/or knowledge of the additive manufacturing industry, with a focus on wire-arc additive manufacturing systems is a plus
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a technical and non-technical audience.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools

 

Our Manufacturing Engineer will:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for ARCEMY systems
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of ARCEMY systems, staying current on product features, applications, and industry trends
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with ARCEMY systems
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and tailor solutions to meet their manufacturing goals
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of ARCEMY systems to potential clients.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on insights gathered from client interactions
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide guidance, support, and training
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that emphasizes achieving collective and individual sales targets
  • Prepare regular sales reports, detailing performance metrics, client interactions, and sales forecasts
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making
