Client Relationship Manager

Wealth Advisory Group of DiLauro Wracher & Thomas is currently seeking a Client Relationship Associate who will provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to a group of managers, and spend a large majority of their time speaking on the phone with clients and scheduling appointments.

General Responsibilities Include:

• Schedules and coordinates meetings, events and appointments.
• Provides office support including answering telephones, assisting visitors and resolving and/or referring problems or inquiries.
• Daily notes/Activity report, internally and externally
• Administers telephone calls as appropriate.
• Calls client to schedule a review/meeting.
• Utilize RJNET to gain pre-approved E-Newsletters to send via email to clients.

Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of administrative experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point proficiency to produce professional documents.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
