Qualifications

• No real estate license required
• Knowledge of new home construction or real estate is a plus
• Strong work ethic as well as results oriented
• Proven successful track record in sales
• Desire to succeed as well as to satisfy customers
• A stable work history that demonstrates a progression of success
• Displays a friendly, positive, enthusiastic and approachable manner
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM experience
• Willingness to Weekend hours required
• Sells the company’s product in a manner consistent with company policy and at a volume that meets or exceeds expectations set
• Keep buyers updated as to construction start and completion dates and remain actively involved in the sales process through closing
• Establishes Realtor relations through marketing, frequent office visits, phone and e-mail follow-up. Attends or hosts events
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs., move and/or remain stationary for extended periods of time
