What We Offer:

• Pay: $20-25/hr; based on experience
• Hours: M-F 7am-4pm

Responsibilities:

• Performs regular routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, adjusting brakes, changing tires and lubricating equipment.
• Removes and replaces components such as brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, drive train components, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, emission, hydraulics and other important parts to ensure that vehicles are in proper operating condition.
• Maintains documentation of service and repair to all vehicles.
• Complies with federal and state requirements by completing DOT inspections of vehicles.
• Willingness to participate in educational opportunities; reads technical and regulation publications.
• Ensures the appearance of vehicles and maintenance shop.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of diesel mechanic experience required.
• Hydraulic equipment knowledge preferred.
