Field Service Technician

LOOK Technologies is currently seeking a full-time Field Service Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for performing remote visual borescope and CCTV camera inspections and related technical services at industrial sites across North America.

Pay: Salary (depending on experience) plus overtime bonus

Hours: Busy season (Spring and Fall) may require 60 – 70+ hour weeks. Off seasons (Summer and Winter) typically require 40-hour weeks, mostly being office time. “On-call” nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site inspection work at industrial sites
• Professionally manage customer communications in self-supervised and team settings
• Operate and maintain high-value camera and borescope inspection equipment
• Assist in selling company services at jobsites, occasional trade shows, site demos, walkdowns, etc

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• 4+ years experience in industrial/mechanical/military/trades
• Valid driver’s license
• The ability to travel in stints of a few days at a time, both by car and by air
• The ability to work in standard industrial and construction settings
• The ability to pass pre-employment, regular and random drug screens, other fitness-for-duty test, and criminal background checks 
• The ability to maintain unescorted access to nuclear power plants, oil refineries, TWIC and other sites

Preferences:

• Military experience/training with honorable discharge
• The ability to read, analyze, and interpret equipment manuals and drawings
• Prior Borescope/NDT field experience
• Prior ASNT VT certification
• OSHA construction safety training
