WM Commercial Roofing LLC is currently searching for a Service Coordinator to join their team in New Philadelphia, Ohio to continue providing 100% customer satisfaction by constructing the highest quality roof available!

• Pay: $18 – $20/hour, offer dependent on experience

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Travel 10% of the time.
• Overnight stays may be necessary.

Our ideal candidate:

• 2+ years of proven project management with a roofing, construction, or general contractor preferred.
• Knowledge of building materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of buildings, or other structures a plus.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to ensure the projects or program’s goals, purpose, and criteria for success are clearly defined.
• Ability to focus on results and desired outcomes and how best to achieve them.
• Ability to accomplish/complete a task while demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small.
• Ability to inform orally and in writing, with clarity and good effect.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees flow of documents and service processes.
• Observes jobs to help ensure all project service requirements are adhered to and ensure compliance to schedule, timelines, budgets, quality, and safety requirements.
• Works closely with Service Manager and Service Superintendent to maintain customer communication.
• Enter dispatch tickets into the CRM.
• Communicate with customers on all service tickets and dispatches.
• Schedules, reviews, and follow-up to service tickets and requests.
