WM Commercial Roofing LLC is currently searching for a full-time Project Manager to join their team in New Philadelphia, Ohio to continue providing 100% customer satisfaction by constructing the highest quality roof available. The Project Manager holds a large responsibility in that satisfaction by constructing the highest quality roof available by providing direct support to the technicians on the jobsite to ensure completion of projects.

  • Pay: Starting at $60,000+/year, offer based on experience

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8 AM – 5 PM
  • Must be able to travel 50-70% of the time
  • Overnight stays may be necessary

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of proven project management with a Roofing, construction, or general contractor company preferred
  • Valid driver’s license is required
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret complex construction blueprints, technical specifications, and industry trade information
  • Must have basic arithmetic knowledge and be able to apply it to roofing trade conditions
  • Ability to create a positive work environment where all staff are motivated to do their best
  • Ability to maintain emergency supplies and/or personal protective gear

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Plans, organizes, and coordinates the area’s workload to ensure that all projects under his/her supervision are completed on budget and schedule, within the company’s established quality standards
  • Assures compliance to the safety standards, norms, and rules by all the field staff, on the job sites
  • Maintains and improves, when necessary, the good working relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, inspectors, and other on behalf of the company to reinforce its reputation and positive image
  • Reviews plans, analyzes blueprints and tech specifications to acquire all possible information prior to the start of projects ensuring needed equipment is secured to appropriately execute jobs
  • Runs all jobs within all project requirements and ensure compliance to schedule, timelines, budgets, quality, and safety requirements
  • Tracks and maintains equipment kept on job sites and in trucks at all times
  • Briefs in detail Production Manager at the beginning of each project and maintain regular progress meetings, daily status report, and discuss execution and schedule pro-balms and
