The Glazer Field Foreman is responsible for the safe and efficient installation of Hemm's scope systems and oversight of all aspects onsite job operations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Project Manager on assessing and determining on how to best improve and standardize installation processes and procedures.
• Lead and provide guidance to Glaziers on project installations and other project issues as they occur.
• Collaborate with the Scheduler on the effective allocation of resources and making appropriate scheduling adjustments in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Actively participate in recurring job site meetings to properly coordinate completion of Hemm's scope with the customer and other subcontractors.
• Provide regular job progress updates to the onsite customers representative (Superintendent).
• Oversee and enforce safety procedures and policies on the job site.
• All other duties as assigned
