Host/Hostess, Busser

Now Hiring: Full-time, Part-time, and Seasonal

Pay: Tipped position averaging $14.00-$17.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Host/Hostess
  • Meet and greet guests as they arrive, escort them to their table and present appropriate menus
  • Read, maintain, and make daily entries in the logbook to coordinate communication between shifts and management.
  • Maintain proper set up of dining room and to be prepared for guests at opening
  • Receive record and make any necessary arrangements for reservations and special functions via email, telephone and open table
  • Ensure cleanliness of all areas specifically host, lobby, retail, restroom areas
• Busser
  •     Clear dirty table settings in dining room and prepare table for resetting
  • Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
  • Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments
  • Maintain and set up trays and tables to be ready for incoming guests
  • Keep all supplies, condiments, and rolled silverware stocked and trays clean
  • Deliver hot and cold food in a timely manner
  • Carry trays up to 30 lbs or push equipment to needed location for patio/events
  • Assist food servers in clearing tables

Requirements:

  •  Previous experience working as a Host/Hostess
• Busser
  • No previous experience required
