WM Commercial Roofing LLC is currently searching for a Roof Inspector to join their team in New Philadelphia, Ohio to continue providing 100% customer satisfaction by constructing the highest quality roof available!

Pay:

• Starting at $45,000/year, offer dependent on experience
• Base plus incentive pay

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Travel 50-70% of the time
• Overnight stays may be necessary

The right candidate will have:

• 3 years of experience in construction required, previous roofing experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Must be able to travel 50-70% of the time; Overnight stays may be necessary
• Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with supervisor, clients, staff, vendors, etc.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize well
• Proficiency in personal computer skills including Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

• Visit job sites to thoroughly inspect completed roofing work, which includes visual and physical assessments of membrane, insulation, and flashing details
• Perform inspections in various weather conditions
• Acts as the liaison between the customers, sales, estimator, and WM Commercial Roofing and ensures that we meet the customer's expectations
• Assess the quality of completed roof installations, looking for any issues or defects
• Create job site visit reports that document the condition of the roof, any identified problems, and recommendations for repairs or improvements
• Coordinate with WM team to compile information necessary to produce accurate and timely Roof Surveys and Proposals
• Assists in the documentation and input related information into the CenterPoint system of project information, roof surveys, roof drawings, noted roof deficiencies
