Salary: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour based on sign experience and closely related experience

Typical day in the life as a Sign Fabricator:

• Construct and assemble a wide range of signs using various materials such as metal, acrylic, wood, and plastics.
• Utilize welding techniques to join aluminum components accurately, ensuring structural integrity.
• and program CNC routing machines to cut and shape signage materials with precision.
• Apply paint and finishes to signs using a paint booth, ensuring a flawless and durable finish.
• Safely operate panel saws to cut materials to the required dimensions.
• Utilize a variety of power tools for cutting, drilling, and shaping sign components.
• Operate laser cutter machines to create intricate and precise designs on signage materials.
• Inspect finished signage products to ensure they meet quality standards and client specifications.
• Manage inventory and storage of signage materials, ensuring a well-organized workspace.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years Welding experience required.
• Previous experience in sign fabrication or a related field is highly desirable.
• CNC routing, and paint booth painting experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with panel saws, power tools, and laser cutter machines is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship is critical.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
