Guest Service Representative

Staybridge Suites is currently seeking part-time Guest Service Representatives in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for checking guests in/out, responding to guest's requests and all other duties assigned.

The right candidate will have:

• Previous hotel experience preferred but not required
• Previous customer service experience required
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays required

Our Guest Service Representatives will: 

• Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by offering friendly attentive service
• Resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously
• Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome
• Maintain, monitor, and update group information on the hotel’s records as necessary
• Process guest check-in and check-out smoothly and correctly
