Description

GTN Logistics is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio!

We offer paid time off, paid holidays, health, dental and vision insurance, IRA match, and quarterly performance-based bonuses! Salary is $35,000. The scheduled is Monday through Friday. 

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to accurately and efficiently maintain information flow related to customer requests
  • Communicates order confirmations, changes, cancellations and delivery status to both fellow team members and customers
  • Maintain order accuracy, timely delivery, and partnership with internal team members on the development of improvement processes
  • Review orders for billing accuracy and any quantity item errors
  • Manage the issuing of credits and return authorizations
  • Ensures that any customer complaints have been resolved in a satisfactory manner obtaining guidance/approval from the supervisor when necessary

Requirements:

  • One year of customer service experience with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High degree of results orientation
  • Comfortable working both independently and in teams
