Junior Project Manager

Archer Sign Corp. is looking to add a Junior Project Manager to their growing team in Canton, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sign projects from inception to completion, engaging company capabilities to meet the requirements of our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manages scope changes and effectively communicates pricing impacts to customer and obtains approved Change Order.
• Permitting – Coordinates with cities or outsource partners to obtain all applicable permits from municipality.
• Installation – Manages and coordinates installation schedule with in-house scheduling or installation partners to ensure a project location is properly branded per customer’s expectations. Manages post-installation punch-list items, if applicable.
• Gather all necessary photos, documents, and invoices for project close-out.
• Invoices the project and sends the invoice per the customer requirements.
• Creates estimates and quote requests 
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications:

• Four-year degree preferred
• Technical Degree/Associates Degree preferred
• Experience in Project Management or Construction field
• Ability to work under stressful situations with customers in a proactive manner
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional ability to organize competing deadlines and priorities.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to assimilate new computer software programs quickly.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints – preferred
