Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with compressor systems or related industrial equipment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; comfortable with maintenance, troubleshooting, and system diagnostics
  • Valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance eligibility
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader; ability to use a laptop for service documentation and communication
  • Availability to travel occasionally, including some overnight or international trips
  • Must be available to work weekdays, with flexibility for overtime as needed
  • Must reside with commuting distance of Wilmington, North Carolina

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on compressed air systems
  • Perform system testing and troubleshooting in a factory setting
  • Provide technical support to field service and customer teams
  • Develop and maintain internal procedures and documentation
  • Travel occasionally to customer sites for onsite support when required
  • Complete paperwork accurately and promptly in the company system
  • Interact professionally with internal teams and customers, upholding a high standard of service and technical expertise
