Seeking Bartender at The Plaza Resort and Spa 
 
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bartender who shares a passion for providing excellent customer service to join our team. You will provide hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service with knowledge of all products served by the bar.
 
What will you have to do?

• Prepare all beverage mixers to recipe
• Promote brands of liquor and food
• Follow guidelines established in regards to age identification for suspected minors
• Make sure all beverages leaving the bar are accounted for on a server's check
• Observes proper sanitation and cleanliness procedures

Do you fit the bill?

• Memorize drinks, ingredients and garnishes
• Understand and operate MICROS system (or registers)
• A love for food and people
• Handle high pressure situations well
• Team player
• Strive for efficiency in a fast paced, food service environment
