Title First Agency is seeking a full time Escrow Processor to join our team in Westerville, Ohio!

We offer health, dental, vision, and life benefits, paid time off, paid vacations, short and long term disability, 401k with company match, and industry training! Compensation will be based on experience. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.

A $1000 sign on bonus will be paid out; 1/2 after 30 days of employment and ½ after 90 days of employment.

Escrow Processor Responsibilities:

• Create pre-sign seller documents in the event that the seller is unable to attend the closing
• Gather necessary title commitment, Section B-I documents so that all requirements have been met
• Review, enter and revise information contained in the electronic document and escrow system; review the commitment and survey
• Enter the document/ALTA Settlement Statement information into processing system.
• Generate an ALTA Settlement Statement and Closing Disclosure and all necessary closing documents; pre-balance the closing file, compare the borrower’s bottom line with the ALTA Settlement Statement to the loan application estimates and create a Conveyance Form.
• Prepare lender’s package for closing by reviewing and verifying contents
• Review the entire completed pre-closing file for accuracy and thoroughness before distributing to the closing location; scan and email or fax/courier the pre-closing package to the closing location

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an escrow processing capacity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills and handle multiple project and

responsibilities

• Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy of information obtained and provided
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background and credit check
