An up and coming startup company in the Columbus area is now seeking a high energy Marketing Director!

As a young company, we need someone capable of strategic planning combined with the willingness to do a part of the detailed work required to implement strategies and mentor less experienced staff. The successful candidate will have a healthy balance of experience across the following areas: leadership and motivation, team management and mentorship, technical ability, and creative mindset. Specifically, the successful candidate must be comfortable with creating and managing the development and improvement of the company’s website, client onboarding process, client service experience and sales funnel management. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years SaaS marketing experience
• 3 years leadership/supervisory experience
• A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and achiever mentality who knows and understands marketing and the broader cross-functional business functions and knows what and when to delegate and/or outsource tasks, processes, and campaigns
• BS Degree in Marketing or appropriate business-related degree, MBA preferred
• Experience with Marketing Analytics and Automation tools is required
• Experience with public speaking and hosting corporate events
• Ability to design, create, and implement campaigns and programs that promote a high degree of engagement and interaction with and between our clients
• Strong organization skills with experience in process documentation and proven history of process optimization
• Experience in A/B and Multivariate testing
• Experience with various Email Marketing Platforms (e.g. MailChimp) and Client Support tools (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
• Event management and tradeshow planning and support
• Travel up to 25%
