The Regional Healthcare Manager of Operations plays a critical role in the development and implementation of a well-balanced operating plan for multiple, hospital based Pain Management clinics. Your primary responsibility is to assist the Regional Director of Operations with operational activities such as marketing, monitoring and driving quality, safety and efficiency at the clinics, relationship development, and data entry/analysis.

This is a growth opportunity for a candidate with 2 – 3 years of experience to advance towards the next step of their career. You will have the ability to work remotely from home and from partner locations in the Southeast Indiana and Northern Kentucky area. This role is seen as training into the Director role. Relocation may be necessary for this transition to occur. You will be required to travel up to 80% of the time. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Pay: $55,000 - 65,000 (based on experience)

Essential Functions:

• Work closely with the manager and PMG training team to coordinate the orientation, training and integration of new staff members
• Work closely with PMG and hospital marketing teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that are most effective for that region.
• Conduct marketing outreach activities and participate in marketing events and physician outreach
• Attend center leadership meetings and learn all facets to the Regional Directors participation
• Complete agendas, physician referral reports, and growth and marketing reports
• Participate in physician financial meetings and other pertinent meetings
• Take meeting minutes and following up on action items as appropriate
• Shadow the Regional Directors on customer site visits when meeting with manager, staff, and hospital leadership
• Review operational indicators weekly and evaluate data for accuracy and identification of areas that need immediate attention

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field, preferred
• 2-3 years’ experience in a healthcare environment, preferred
• Proactive leader with a positive outlook & outgoing personality
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
• Ability to independently operate at a high level without direct oversight
• Ability to manage multiple healthcare teams at one time
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills
