Class A or B CDL Roll Off Driver

Hemmelgarn Services is currently looking for a Class A or B CDL Driver.
The position: We seek employees with good driving records, Class B or Class A CDL’s, 2 years related driving experience and expect good driving habits and proper techniques for setting roll-off boxes to be used at all times. We offer on the job training when you are hired. The first week as you begin driving, you will run routes with an experienced roll-off driver in order to learn all proper techniques for setting and picking up boxes and utilizing any-and-all landfills, transfer stations, and recycling facilities.
Shift: Typically Monday through Friday, Saturdays once per month, 1st shift, home every evening. Average 45 – 55 hours per week.
Pay: Pay is $16.00 -$25.00 per hour based on experience.

Driver Responsibilities:
- Deliver, remove and haul roll off containers containing waste or construction debris to and from customer’s sites and disposal sites
- Conduct pre and post trip inspections
- Box signed contracts, payment collections and maintenance logs
Driver Requirements:
- At least 2 years related driving experience
- Current Class B CDL License
- Must have a valid DOT medical card
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to utilize GPS and/or a map
- Ability to drive truck with a manual transmission
- Exposed to outdoor weather conditions
