What You'll Do:

As a Lumina Technologist you will perform a variety of technical procedures in the use of Magnetic Resonance and Computed Tomography equipment for the diagnosis of human diseases. You will be expected to provide appropriate patient care to our patients. Adhere to all safety practices required to provide a safe environment for patients and staff and actively support all Lumina Imaging operations. Lumina technologists provide outstanding customer service and ensures a positive patient experience during all facets of a patient’s visit and consistently upholds the Lumina Values of Empathy, Empowerment, Precision, and Transparency.

  • Perform high-quality of Magnetic Resonance and Computed Tomography scans, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
  • Performs a variety of procedures related to the use of Magnetic Resonance Imaging equipment and Computed Tomography equipment
  • Provides appropriate patient services
  • Ensures appropriate patient registration, scheduling, and discharge as needed
  • Ensures scan room, workstation and computer console are neat, orderly, accurately supplied and dated (as necessary).  Maintains and rotates supplies and inventory
  • Assists physicians and administrator as required; assists in handling all confidential matters.

What We're Looking For:

  • MR experience required
  • Fuji/Hitachi scanner experience preferred
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Registered Radiology Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Relevant MR or CT scanning experience
  • Possesses ARRT MR credential and/or CT credential
  • BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or obtains during the standard probationary period
  • Thorough knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
