Pioneer Vending is currently seeking a full-time experienced Service Technician to join their team.

Over the years, Pioneer Vending has continued to grow to become the leading coin-operated entertainment game and jukebox provider in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. This growth and success have been made possible through several mergers and acquisitions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum High School graduate.
• Must be familiar with the greater Cincinnati and surrounding areas.
• Must have valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to withstand long hours of driving.
• Excellent customer service and technical skills    

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Service all accounts that are dispatched on and off your specific route
• Use route management software to accept, manage and complete calls.
• If equipment cannot be repaired, properly document for future reference.
• Randomly visit locations on route and perform preventative maintenance.
• Make sure all parts or equipment is properly tagged/marked when turning in.
• Keep inventory updated in vehicle.
• See that scheduled maintenance is performed on vehicle.
• Report any customer complaints or concerns to the Service Manager.
• Interact with customer, get name (record in report) and inform what the issue is.

HOURS & SCHEDULE:

• Wednesday 3PM-11PM
• Thursday through Saturday 1PM-1AM
