What you’ll be doing:

  • Support CEO and Project Managers by providing information to or collecting information from subcontractors and customers.
  • Perform workflow tasks related to project accounting (billing, contracts, etc)
  • Assist in Contract Administration using AIA software.
  • Assist in processing Certified Payroll documentation as required by specific jobs.
  • Assist in preparing for financial and insurance audits by compiling necessary information per the direction of the executives.
  • Perform internet research to gather information on requested topics.
  • Complete tasks according to assigned schedule while delivering high-quality work products.

What you need to succeed:

  • 4-year college degree preferred, but not required.
  • Bilingual preferred – Spanish speaking is a plus!
  • Relevant work experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Must have extensive computer experience.
  • Must have proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products (includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Experience with AIA Contracts and Microsoft Project is preferred.
  • Experience with or knowledge of Viewpoint/Vista or similar financial/accounting systems is preferred.
  • Experience with or knowledge of Procore or similar project management software is preferred.
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), time management, organizational and problem-solving skills required.
