What you’ll be doing:
- Support CEO and Project Managers by providing information to or collecting information from subcontractors and customers.
- Perform workflow tasks related to project accounting (billing, contracts, etc)
- Assist in Contract Administration using AIA software.
- Assist in processing Certified Payroll documentation as required by specific jobs.
- Assist in preparing for financial and insurance audits by compiling necessary information per the direction of the executives.
- Perform internet research to gather information on requested topics.
- Complete tasks according to assigned schedule while delivering high-quality work products.
What you need to succeed:
- 4-year college degree preferred, but not required.
- Bilingual preferred – Spanish speaking is a plus!
- Relevant work experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Must have extensive computer experience.
- Must have proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products (includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Experience with AIA Contracts and Microsoft Project is preferred.
- Experience with or knowledge of Viewpoint/Vista or similar financial/accounting systems is preferred.
- Experience with or knowledge of Procore or similar project management software is preferred.
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must work well independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), time management, organizational and problem-solving skills required.
