The Inside Sales Representative will perform day to day inside sales duties in an efficient and thorough manner, with emphasis on customer service, team cooperation, and attention to details. 

Requirements:

• Focused on work activities (keep personal emails and phone use to a minimum)
• Positive attitude displayed in interactions with customers and peers
• Answering of phones in timely manner
• Strong work ethic (ability to work unsupervised) and reliability (arriving at work at the appointed time)
• Lunch period of 30 minutes

Job Duties:

Customer Communications

• Promptly answering the phone within three rings
• Timely reply to customer emails

Customer Service

• Always have a positive attitude towards the customer
• Taking ownership of issues that arise
• Keeping the customer informed of the status resolution

Documentation

• Recording each interaction with the customers
• Ensure notes are accurate and provide proper levels of details

Quote Follow Ups

• Timely follow-up on open quotes in NetSuite
• Accurate records maintained of all follow-up activities
