Fairfield Inn & Suites Athens is looking for Breakfast Hostess/Servers!  The Breakfast Server/Hostess will be responsible to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by offering friendly attentive service while maintaining the breakfast buffet.

• Hours:  6:00 am - Noon; must be able to work weekends
• Pay: Starting at $8.55/hour based on experience

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) preferred
• A minimum of two years experience in food service preferred
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm friendly smile
• Interact with guests providing superior, courteous and prompt customer service
• Set up Breakfast Bar
• Monitor cleanliness of breakfast bar and tables
• Keep all items, replenish and ensure that food is fresh and hot
• Conduct inventory of all food and service items
• Clean the Breakfast and Lobby Areas Daily and perform special cleaning duties when assigned
• Put away food orders when delivered
• Set up coffee and food when needed in the meeting rooms
• Monitor guests' satisfaction of the breakfast
• Follow food safety and handling procedures and compliance regulations
• Adhere to all hotel safety and security policies and procedures
• Consistently maintain a neat, organized and clean workspace and uniform
• Maintain a professional attitude to all Guests, associates and vendors
