AAA Wastewater, the market leader, is seeking a full time CDL Service Technicians to join our team in Warren County, Ohio! As a Service Technician you’ll be providing septic tank and grease trap cleaning, maintenance and repair services to our customers. With nearly 20,000 customers and 65 years in business, we want the best and motivated to continue to grow!

CDL Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Locate and dig up septic tanks for cleaning and wastewater collection
• Clean septic tanks, grease traps, holding tanks and collect all the waste required
• Interact professionally with customers, dispatchers, supervisors and others on a daily basis to ensure all daily work orders are serviced in a timely manner
• Operate service truck to customer sites and to wastewater treatments plants for off-loading, based on daily routing information, company standards and state laws
• Operate water high pressure jetting systems or flat tape to ensure the main line is open
• Perform complete vehicle inspections in accordance with Company policy including, but not limited to, checking tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges and controls and reports any safety issues on standard reports compliant with CDL-B requirements
• Keep company trucks clean and orderly inside the cab and outside in the tool boxes
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Respond to on-call emergency service calls and weekend rotational schedule

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Class B CDL is required or a willingness to obtain a Class B CDL with tanker endorsement
• Excavating, drains, plumbing, or underground pipe experience preferred
• Customer service friendly with the ability to sell services to our customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Availability for on-call emergencies and occasional weekends
