Pest-All Exterminating is a local, family owned pest company seeking a full time Pest Control Route Technician to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio! We are seeking someone that wants to start a career, learn and grow along with us!

We offer: Paid time off, paid holidays, health and dental insurance, an IRA savings plan, and company vehicle. Compensation is based on service and sales commission, with potential to earn $35,000 to $55,000 a year or more! Your schedule will be built by you around the customers needs and will typically be Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities:

• Organize routes and schedule customers in an efficient manner while checking into the office throughout the day
• Review and respond to customer phone calls in a timely manner
• Perform pest management services for residential and commercial customers by using the appropriate equipment and chemicals to apply products under floors, in wall cracks and crevices, closets, under and behind appliances, and any other spaces that may be infested
• Demonstrate knowledge of pest control chemicals and selecting the proper equipment required for treatment and ensure equipment is in proper working order
• Follow all safety guidelines and requirements according to the chemical product labels
• Maintain accurate records of the work performed, including records of advance notification to customers

Requirements:

• Pest experience helpful, but not needed - willing to train new employee!
• Customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid drivers license
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check including Motor Vehicle Record
