Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to oversee the final quality checks of our apartment modules, which are fully constructed and finished within our facility. This role is responsible for ensuring that each module meets our high standards before it leaves the building. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, specifically in performing punchout inspections or final walk-throughs on new home or apartment builds. Experience identifying and resolving quality issues related to finishes, fixtures, and construction details is essential. This is a critical role in maintaining the integrity and reputation of our finished product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed quality inspections on completed apartment modules prior to shipment.
  • Identify and document defects or incomplete work in finishes, fixtures, and construction details.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain quality checklists and inspection processes.
  • Ensure modules meet both internal quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Provide feedback to supervisors and leadership on recurring quality trends.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality control and construction practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in residential or multifamily construction, with a focus on punch lists, final walkthroughs, or quality control.
  • Strong knowledge of construction finishes, materials, and best practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality final product.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with field teams, supervisors, and leadership.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
