Aglamesis Brothers is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio!

Flexible part-time hours (roughly 25 per week). Pay ranges from $18 to $20 an hour, based on experience.

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
Record and audit daily sales receipts and prepare monthly sales reports
Enter and pay all invoices in Quickbooks
Prepare monthly customer statements and process deposits
Process payroll by downloading data from our POS, entering into our Payroll service’s platform, and recording in Quickbooks
Support inventory reporting
Manage and file 1099s
Provide back-up phone support

Requirements:
2+ years of professional accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting or other relevant subject
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks software
Professional written and verbal skills
Experience in investigating and resolving accounting issues
