Sundance Property Management is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to join our team in Florence, AL!

• Pay: $15.00-$18.00/hour, depending on experience

Requirements:

• A High School Diploma or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate
• Previous grounds keeping experience
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining aesthetically pleasing and functional common area spaces
• Light landscaping, disposing of trash daily, seasonal grounds clearing, pressure washing, and light housekeeping of buildings floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Gathers and empties trash.
• Follows procedures to ensure safe use of chemical cleaners.
• Observes precautions required to protect Company property and report damage, theft, and found articles to the Property Manager.
• Completes maintenance work as assigned.
