Position Summary: Creates, modifies and tests code, forms and script that allow computer applications to run. Works from specifications drawn up by software developers. Assists software developers by analyzing user needs and designing software solutions. Develops and writes computer programs to store, locate and retrieve specific documents, data and information.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred, two or more years programming experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in MFC, Visual C++ 2017. Programming for Android devices and Actian (formerly Pervasive or Btrieve) database manager helpful but is not required.
• Experience with windows server, exchange, network management, and network monitoring, both wired and wireless.
• Some short term travel
