As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven Field Sales Representative to join our team and help homeowners protect and enhance their biggest investment: their home.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate and manage leads through company-provided marketing, referrals, and your own networking efforts
- Conduct roof inspections and exterior evaluations (full training provided)
- Educate homeowners on roofing, siding, gutters, and window solutions
- Prepare proposals and present options clearly and professionally
- Guide customers through the insurance claim or financing process if needed
- Own the sales process from first conversation to signed contract
- Proven experience in sales OR hands-on trade work (roofing, siding, construction, etc.)
- A confident communicator who can build trust and credibility quickly
- Strong work ethic and self-discipline to manage your own schedule
- Driven to succeed — you want uncapped earning potential
- Ability to climb a ladder and perform roof inspections (we provide safety training)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Competitive Commission Structure with realistic six-figure earning potential - up to $200,000/year.
