Beamer’s Piggyback Sales and Service is seeking a full time Parts Specialist to join our growing team in Cincinnati, Ohio! We are a local, family owned full service truck repair and fabrication shop.

What you’ll be doing as the Parts Specialist?

• Order, receive, store & issue spare and replacement parts, equipment & expendable items used in repair or maintenance shop
• Take inventory of parts & equipment and maintain inventory records using internal PO process
• Handle Warranty part ordering & returns
• Process packing slips, receipts and invoices from suppliers
• Pull parts from stock, assemble parts kits, tag parts, and ensure delivery to appropriate job mechanic or inventory
• Prepare, package & schedule parts for delivery
• Maintain neat & clean parts room at all times & recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce downtime to provide optimal level of customer services
• Answer telephones dealing directly with customers & vendors
• Check customers in and out and take Road Service orders
• Pick up incoming stock and deliver parts to other locations

What you’ll need:

• Vehicle parts and mechanic knowledge preferred
• Good math, computer & communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, work in heat and able to lift 75 lbs
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 7am until 5pm and every other Saturday, 8am until 12pm
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
