Guest Service Representative
Stow, OH
Staybridge Suites is currently seeking full-time Guest Service Representatives in Stow, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for checking guests in/out, responding to guest's requests and all other duties assigned.

The right candidate will have:
- Previous hotel experience preferred but not required
- Previous customer service experience required
- Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays required
Our Guest Service Representatives will:
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by offering friendly attentive service
- Resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously
- Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome
- Maintain, monitor, and update group information on the hotel’s records as necessary
- Process guest check-in and check-out smoothly and correctly
