Schedule: M-F 8:30am-4:30pm (in-office)

Responsibilities:

• Operates telephone to answer, screen, or forward calls and messages, providing information, taking messages, recording information, or scheduling appointments.
• Greets individuals entering establishment, determines nature and purpose of visit, and directs or escorts them to specific destinations.
• Schedules appointments and maintains and updates appointment calendars.
• Troubleshoots complaints from customers or the public.
• Files and maintains records.
• Maintains a clean and organized working environment.
• Receives, sorts, and distributes daily mail or deliveries.
• Dispatches Tow drivers as needed.
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• GED or High school Diploma required
• At least two (2) years administrative experience preferred
• “All Data” management software knowledge preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications
• Automotive knowledge is a plus
