The ideal candidates would have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in landscaping. Ideal Landscape Foreman would have minimum 5 years’ experience in landscaping and minimum 2 years as a crew leader. Job Responsibilities:

• Perform various tasks related to landscaping and lawn care, including mowing, edging, and trimming
• Landscape foreman responsible to fill our daily work sheets and file them each day
• Work on a team in fast paced and fun environment to meet the needs of our clients
• Travel to properties to provide services and installations for our clients
• Assist in ensuring the quality, accuracy and completeness of services and installations tasked to your crew
• Operate power tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks
• Assist in snow plowing and removal during winter months
   

Qualification:

• Forman must have 5 years’ experience in landscaping and at least 2 years as a crew leader
• Must have a valid and clean drivers license – ability to pass MVR
• Must have reliable transportation
• Foreman must be able to train new hires as needed
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Flexibility to work Monday-Friday. Saturdays as needed
• Willing to learn new roles and positions in the field
